Standard Shipping Policies

Shipping Method and Timing
All orders are shipped FOB from our facility in Hyannis, MA, with a default shipping method of Ground. Shipments occur before 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Other shipment methods are available upon request.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the customer’s invoice unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Customers will only be billed for actual shipping costs incurred. Optional insurance is available, and it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for it prior to shipment.

Shipping Costs for Online Orders
For products purchased through the HBControls web store:-
Domestic Orders: Free Ground shipping is available within the contiguous United States on all orders of $100 or more. Expedited options are also available, with costs based on the destination and total weight of the order.

International Orders: Two options are available during checkout:

Pre-Pay & Add: Actual freight costs will be calculated and charged to the credit card used for the order. We will confirm these costs with you before finalizing.

Customer’s Freight Account: Once the order is ready, you may choose to have freight billed to your UPS account or arrange a pickup with your preferred carrier.

Order and Return Policies
By placing an order with HBControls, you agree to these terms. Return authorizations for standard products may be issued at our discretion, and restocking fees may apply. Custom or non-standard products (not in our catalog or on our website) are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Returned products must be in unused, resalable condition for credit issuance.
HBControls strives to ensure a smooth ordering and shipping process. However, items may occasionally be lost or damaged during shipping. As shipments are FOB our facility in Hyannis, MA, responsibility transfers once they leave our dock. Please consider this when selecting your shipping and insurance preferences.
Warranty
HBControls is committed to the highest standards of quality in production. We provide a standard one-year warranty on our products. However, if a product fails due to a manufacturing defect at any point during its operational life, it may be considered for repair or replacement.
